Making It Easy to Use
This week, the project became something people could interact with comfortably. We built the “guided form” experience—like a simple checklist that takes you one step at a time instead of overwhelming you with everything at once.
We also solved a real-world problem: many pastors serve more than one church. The system was designed to allow them to record information for each congregation without mixing up records. It keeps things organized, reduces mistakes, and saves time.
We added protections so progress isn’t easily lost. If someone gets interrupted, they can return without starting over. We also shaped the home screens so pastors can quickly see what they’ve already submitted, and leaders can see what’s happening across the wider field.
The value this week: clarity, less stress, and better follow-through. A tool only helps if it feels simple enough to use consistently.
